GLOBAL MIRAIZ is hiring chauffeur and hire-car drivers as our business grows and we strengthen service quality.
We provide airport transfers, sightseeing charters, corporate journeys and group transport for international visitors, travel companies, corporate clients and global platforms.
Your main responsibility is to transport pre-booked customers safely, accurately and courteously. Every journey follows company operations management and dispatch instructions within our business licence and applicable law.
We value overall service quality, including punctuality, vehicle care, hospitality, reporting and communication as well as driving skill.
Experienced drivers are welcome, and applicants new to the industry may also apply if they hold a valid Japanese Class 2 ordinary driver licence and demonstrate motivation and responsibility. Training covers our operating rules, service standards, safety management and systems.

Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Daishimae Station - Working hours
- Shift work is based on bookings and the company operating plan. Early-morning, daytime, evening or late-night duties may occur. Start and finish times, breaks, working days and holidays are stated in the applicable work category, company rules and written employment conditions. Working time, duty span, rest periods, overtime and holiday work comply with labour law, the Improvement Standards Notice for Motor Vehicle Drivers, the Article 36 agreement and company rules; the company assigns journeys after checking required rest and legal limits.

Responsibilities
- Pre-booked airport transfers
- Sightseeing charters for international visitors
- Transport for corporate clients, executives and business travellers
- Journeys booked by travel companies and reservation platforms
- Customer meeting and boarding confirmation
- Assistance with loading and unloading luggage
- Pre- and post-journey vehicle checks
- Interior cleaning and vehicle-condition upkeep
- Roll calls, alcohol checks and safety confirmation
- Status, arrival, boarding and completion reports
- Coordination with operations managers and service coordinators
- Prompt reporting of accidents, delays, lost property or vehicle issues
- Lawful pre-booked operations under the company licence, applicable law and operations-manager instructions
Required qualifications
Japanese communication sufficient for roll calls, dispatch instructions, safety checks, internal reporting and basic customer service is required.
- A valid Japanese Class 2 ordinary driver licence
- A valid driving qualification in Japan and safe-driving ability

Preferred qualifications
- Professional chauffeur or taxi experience
- Airport, sightseeing-charter or corporate transport experience
- Experience driving an Alphard or HiAce
- Travel, tourism or hospitality experience
- Customer service in English, Chinese, Korean or another language
- Road knowledge within the company's licensed operating area
- Ability to handle long journeys and sightseeing itineraries
- Experience serving international visitors
- A record of combining safe driving with service quality

Pay & wage structure
Permanent employee
Estimated monthly pay: approximately JPY 300,000–700,000
- This estimate includes guaranteed pay and commission and varies with work performed, assigned journeys, eligible sales and operating costs.
- The stated range is not uniformly guaranteed.
- Pay follows minimum-wage and labour laws, company work rules and the individual written notice of employment conditions.
- Overtime, late-night and statutory-holiday work is handled under applicable law and company rules.
- Earnings may grow with work performed and assigned journeys.
Pay structure
Commission calculation amount = (previous month's eligible sales − eligible operating costs defined by company rules) × 50%
- Eligible operating costs may include ETC charges, fuel, parking and other operating items expressly defined in the wage rules.
- This is the basis for calculating commission; it is not an arbitrary deduction from wages already determined.
- Final gross pay also accounts for guaranteed pay, the pay period, actual hours, statutory premium pay, social insurance, tax and company wage rules.

- Company-managed, commercially licensed passenger vehicles
- 30-series Toyota Alphard
- Passenger-specification HiAce
- Other commercial vehicles designated by the company
The company selects and manages the vehicle according to the booking, passenger and luggage requirements, business licence, fleet allocation and operating plan.
ETC, fuel & parking costs
Company-issued ETC and fuel cards mean drivers generally do not need to advance cash. Eligible operating costs are reflected in the commission calculation basis under company rules. Treatment of parking and other costs is stated in the wage rules and employment-conditions notice.
