GLOBAL MIRAIZ is hiring chauffeur and taxi drivers as its Izumisano office grows.
Under company bookings and dispatch, you will transport customers safely, accurately and courteously for everyday, corporate, sightseeing and airport journeys.
Experienced drivers and industry newcomers may apply. Newcomers must meet the statutory Class 2 licence eligibility requirements and demonstrate a commitment to safe driving and service.
Applicants without a Class 2 licence may be considered for company support under company rules and internal screening. Passenger service begins only after the licence is obtained and required training is completed.

Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Nagataki Station - Working hours
- Shift work. Full-time employees normally work eight hours plus a one-hour break, with day/night preferences open to discussion. Part-time days and hours reflect the applicant's preference, the operating plan and legal limits. Early, evening or late-night duties may occur. Working time, duty span, rest periods, overtime and holiday work comply with labour law, the Driver Improvement Standards Notice, the Article 36 agreement and company rules.

Responsibilities
- Passenger journeys under company bookings and dispatch
- Pre-booked airport, sightseeing and corporate transport
- Customer meeting and boarding confirmation
- Luggage assistance
- Dispatch apps and work systems
- Start, arrival, boarding and completion reports
- Vehicle checks and cleaning
- Roll calls, alcohol and safety checks
- Lost-property checks and reports
- Prompt incident and vehicle-issue reporting
- Lawful operation under the business licence, applicable law and operations-manager instructions
Required qualifications
Japanese communication sufficient for roll calls, dispatch instructions, safety checks, internal reporting and basic customer service is required.
- Either a valid Japanese Class 2 ordinary licence or eligibility for the company licence-support programme
- A valid Japanese ordinary driver licence
- Safety-first driving
- Operational Japanese for roll calls, instructions, safety checks and reporting
- Courteous customer service
- Compliance with traffic law, dispatch, licensed areas and transport conditions
- Basic smartphone and work-app skills
- Careful vehicle use
- Prompt incident reporting
Preferred qualifications
- Chauffeur or taxi experience
- Airport, sightseeing or corporate transport experience
- Alphard or HiAce driving experience
- Travel, tourism, hospitality or care-service experience
- Customer service in English, Chinese, Korean or another language
- Flexibility for day or night shifts
- Road knowledge within the licensed operating area
- Safe driving and quality service

Pay
Permanent employee
Estimated monthly pay: approximately JPY 200,000–450,000
- Base or guaranteed pay plus commission and incentives
- Actual pay varies with terms, work performed, assigned journeys and eligible sales
- Pay is set under law and company rules and will not fall below the applicable Osaka minimum wage
- Overtime, late-night and holiday work is handled separately under law and company rules
Part-time
JPY 1,200 or more per hour
- If the applicable Osaka minimum wage rises above JPY 1,200, pay will be at least the revised minimum
- Determined by hours, experience and duties
Class 2 licence support
Applicants without a Class 2 licence may qualify for company-funded licence support under company rules and internal screening. Eligibility, training-period terms and post-entry conditions are explained during interview and in the written employment conditions. No passenger service requiring a Class 2 licence is permitted before the licence is obtained.
